Ingredients
- 1 to 1.5 pounds Ground Beef
- 6 slices American Cheese (or your cheese of choice)
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
- pinch of Smoked Paprika
- 1 Onion thinly sliced
- 6 Brioche Buns
Instructions
Preparing the Ground Beef: Take around 1/3 cup (~3 ounces) of ground beef and roll it into balls. Repeat until you have six beef balls. Set aside.
Making the Butter-Mayo Spread:
- Mix the softened butter and mayonnaise together. (You can use only mayo or only butter, depending on your preference.)
- Spread the butter-mayo mixture on each half of the hamburger buns.
Heating the Griddle:
- Preheat your griddle to medium-high heat.
- Place sliced onions on the griddle and sauté them until they start to soften.
Seasoning and Cooking the Beef:
